We’re launching a new type of cooking course next week, a mix of in class and at home learning. Our Cooking 101 course starts with an introduction to cooking basics class on March 14th, this includes knife skills, searing and mother sauces. After which you will receive 8 boxes to continue your learning at home. Each box will focus on a specific technique from blanching to “cooking under a brick”. We also give you three of the most essential tools to take home and use during your culinary journey; a chefs knife, a heat proof silicone spatula, and multi purpose kitchen tongs.
